Welcome to Triple Sac Cottages on the shores of beautiful Chautauqua Lake in northwestern New York! Triple Sac Cottages provide a perfect getaway for families, casual and tournament fisherfolks, and those that enjoy the water, fishing, boating, the outdoors and nature.

World class fishing for smallmouth bass, muskellunge, and walleye - and Triple Sac Cottages caters to the fishing and tournament angling community! Also, located just one mile away is the world renowned Chautauqua Institution, open for nine weeks every summer.

Triple Sac features THREE places for you to stay and relax: two cottages and one house. All have very easy access to and from the lake, and all include the use of a paddle boat, canoe, row boat, dock and boat slip.

<<< The Nathan Graham House The Nathan Graham House is the largest of the three houses. With five large, furnished bedrooms and 2 baths, it comfortably sleeps 14 people. The house has been recently remodeled and has two large porches and a gas grill for your convenience. With direct access to Lake Chautauqua a boat slip is included in the rental. The Maggie May Cottage >>> The Maggie May is named after the matriarch of the owners as well as one of the fourth generation and current owners. This cottage features 2 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, and living room. It sleeps 5 and has a large deck with dining table facing the lake. <<< The Mary Jane Cottage The Mary Jane Cottage is named in memory of Mary Jane Fetzer, affectionately known as "Gigi". This snug cottage sleeps up to 5 people and is right on the shore of the lake.
