The Nathan Graham House is the largest of the three houses. With five large, furnished bedrooms and 2 baths, it comfortably sleeps 14 people. The house has been recently remodeled and has two large porches and a gas grill for your convenience.

With direct access to Lake Chautauqua a boat slip is included in the rental.

The Maggie May Cottage >>>

The Maggie May is named after the matriarch of the owners as well as one of the fourth generation and current owners.

This cottage features 2 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, and living room. It sleeps 5 and has a large deck with dining table facing the lake. A grill, boat slip, and golf cart are provided with the rental.

The Mary Jane Cottage is named in memory of Mary Jane Fetzer, affectionately known as "Gigi".

This snug cottage sleeps up to 5 people and is right on the shore of the lake. The main bedroom, bath and kitchen are on the first floor. It has a lovely deck and an upstairs sleeping loft which the kids are sure to enjoy.
