Welcome to Triple Sac Cottages on the shores of beautiful Chautauqua Lake in southwestern New York! Triple Sac Cottages provide a perfect getaway for families, casual and tournament fisherfolks, and those that enjoy the water, fishing, boating, the outdoors and nature.

The Maggie May Cottage is named after the matriarch of the owners as well as one of the fourth generation and current owners.

This cottage sleeps 5 and has a large deck with dining table facing the lake. A grill, boat slip, and golf cart are provided with the rental. This cottage features 2 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, and living room.

The price for the Maggie May Cottage is $750 in season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), and is available for weekly and weekend rentals during the shoulder season. For the consideration of all guests, no smoking or pets are permitted.

<<< The Nathan Graham House The Nathan Graham House is the largest of the three houses. With five large, furnished bedrooms and 2 baths, it comfortably sleeps 14 people. The house has been recently remodeled and has two large porches and a gas grill for your convenience. With direct access to Lake Chautauqua a boat slip is included in the rental. <<< The Mary Jane Cottage The Mary Jane Cottage is named in memory of Mary Jane Fetzer, affectionately known as "Gigi". This snug cottage sleeps up to 5 people and is right on the shore of the lake.
