Welcome to Triple Sac Cottages on the shores of beautiful Chautauqua Lake in northwestern New York! Triple Sac Cottages provide a perfect getaway for families, casual and tournament fisherfolks, and those that enjoy the water, fishing, boating, the outdoors and nature.

The Nathan Graham House is the largest of the three houses. Well appointed with five large bedrooms and 2 baths, it comfortably sleeps 14 people.

The house has been recently remodeled and has two large, inviting porches that are perfect for lounging - one with beautiful lake views. A gas grill is available for barbecuing. A boat slip is included in the rental with direct access to Lake Chautauqua. For the consideration of all guests, no smoking or pets are permitted.

The Nathan Graham house rents for $2000 per week in season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), and $1200 per week during the shoulder season. Four day weekends are available during the shoulder season.

The Maggie May Cottage >>> The Maggie May is named after the matriarch of the owners as well as one of the fourth generation and current owners. This cottage features 2 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, and living room. It sleeps 5 and has a large deck with dining table facing the lake. <<< The Mary Jane Cottage The Mary Jane Cottage is named in memory of Mary Jane Fetzer, affectionately known as "Gigi". This snug cottage sleeps up to 5 people and is right on the shore of the lake. The main bedroom, bath and kitchen are on the first floor. It has a lovely deck and an upstairs sleeping loft which the kids are sure to enjoy. More pictures, details, and rates are click away...
